  • On our new Jan van Haasteren website, we’ve chosen not to continue supporting the wishlist feature. We’ve completely redesigned the site to make it faster, clearer and more user-friendly, and unfortunately, the old wishlist no longer fits within this new setup.

    The previous wishlist remained available on the old website until 1 December. After that date, the feature was permanently removed.

    Tip: JvH Puzzels offer a handy tool that allows you to easily keep track of your puzzle collection and wishlist.

  • Jumbo offers a 2-year warranty on Jan van Haasteren puzzles. This warranty period is determined on the basis of your proof of purchase. The purchase date is used as day 1 of the warranty period. It is therefore important that you keep your proof of purchase well.

  • Unfortunately, we have to disappoint people in this. The main reason for this is that our range of puzzles is so large that it is not possible to offer this service for all puzzles. In addition, a puzzle is printed and punched like an entire plate. During the production of our puzzles, no matter how advanced our machines are, color differences and cutting deviations can occur. This means that the exchange of pieces between different puzzles is not possible.

If you have a question about a product from Jan van Haasteren, we would like to receive the following information:

  • Contact details (name and e-mail address, and optionally a telephone number).
  • The name of the product to which the question/complaint/suggestion/comment relates.
  • The article number of the product: Each product has an article number that is stated on the box, which is usually a 5 to 10-digit number.
  • No box anymore? Then look up the product in the catalogue on this website.
  • In the event of a complaint or warranty question, always include proof of purchase.
