Marco Eisinga officially joins the Jan van Haasteren Studio!

We have great news!

As of January 2026, Marco Eisinga has officially joined the Jan van Haasteren Studio. With his arrival, the studio has grown to a team of six illustrators, a wonderful milestone that we are incredibly proud of.

Marco is no stranger to many puzzle fans. He has previously contributed to several Jan van Haasteren puzzles, including Acrobats Circus, Darts, and The Winter Games. Through these illustrations, he demonstrated that he not only understands the distinctive Jan van Haasteren style but can also add his own creative touch. His eye for detail, sense of dynamics, and love for humour fit perfectly within the lively, joke-filled world our puzzles are known for.

What makes Marco especially unique is his combination of craftsmanship and digital expertise. He masters traditional drawing techniques while working fully digitally, bringing scenes to life down to the smallest details. From subtle background jokes to full-scale foreground chaos, Marco knows exactly how to turn a puzzle into a true celebration of discovery.

We are absolutely delighted to officially welcome him to the studio. Together with the other illustrators, Marco will continue to surprise our puzzle fans with new scenes, recognizable characters, and of course, plenty of humour.
